Whether you are a break-fix service provider or a Managed Service provider using RMM tools and your own NOC/technical resources, this evaluation provides you with all the business & technical tools and manpower support to learn how Zenith's Back office can help bring profitability to your business. By completing the 4 step process and on being accepted as a Zenith partner, our experienced Technical sales management team will walk you thru a Discovery & Analysis phase. This phase will enable our team to understand your business and technical requirements in more depth and will help us meet your goals faster.

Discovery & Analysis phase and Zenith U:

On successfully completing the Discovery & Analysis phase, you will be provided the login credentials to our hosted environment. Here you have access to our RMM tools and can deploy our system on a live environment for up to five client sites during a 45 days evaluation period for no cost. You are also eligible for taking 15 days no cost trial of our Service desk as part of this program.

As part of the program, Zenith Managed Services Back office partners have access to Zenith U's training curriculum and certification program. You can also take advantage of our comprehensive live webinar based training, On-demand training videos and/or go thru the technical documentation library to get abreast with the most comprehensive tools and best practices to set up your Managed Services business.

During your trial phase you have access to our partner support portal. Benefit from all the business and technical knowledge base we have build over time. Our Business Development representatives and Technical Sales Managers assigned to your account are available for discussions related to pricing, building your brand or collateral to technical features and training courseware.

Technical Discussions on:

  • Server monitoring & management plans
  • Desktop maintenance processes

When do you start paying Zenith?

Your 45 day risk free trial period starts once you sign the evaluation agreement. We would encourage you to get started as soon as you get access as 6 weeks will usually pass by faster before your trial comes to an end.

Upon satisfactory completion of the trial phase, Zenith partners are required to acknowledge the start payment mode option by acknowledging on the portal. The portal access will display the days left in your trial and the access is cut off at the end of the 45 days if an acknowledgement is not done.

Once you become a Zenith partner you will be on a pay as you go model receiving monthly invoices for your agents and bundled back office services. You have the option to pay via check, credit card or PayPal within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
