BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, reliable individual who brings a positive attitude to the work place. Our Business Development Representative’s primary responsibility is managing a defined channel partner account base to achieve revenue goals for Zenith’s product lines. We’re looking for solid performers who can get up to speed quickly and make an immediate impact on our partner recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Be a part of a team (Business Development Rep and Product Specialist) with a specified channel partner base to sell Zenith product lines to Technology Companies.
• Manage Current Accounts to increase partner revenue growth.
• Strategic sales planning, lead generation, sales calling, farming, and prospecting in your account base.
• Conduct live presentations at group events and trade shows
• Present via online webinars and demos as well as participate in other business development initiatives
• Work with the Marketing and Product Management Departments and with your team to achieve the set goals
• When not travelling be in the office from 8:30-5pm weekdays. A half-hour lunch break is required
• Answer incoming requests and, once qualified, be prepared to explain in detail, the Zenith partner programs, to provide information via email, to provide contracts and sign potential clients to an evaluation
• Make sure all information related to the potential client is captured in Zenith’s CRM application.
• Work with the Technical Sales Manager to make sure that evaluations are going well and partner will resell Zenith solutions.
• Submit daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on time and as specified by the Regional Manager
• Work independently to perform other duties as assigned by Zenith Management.
• Be a team player
• Up to 50% air travel will be required
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of successful Technical Sales experience developing successful business relationships with channel partners or Value Added Resellers (VARS) or Business to Business sales.
• Prior experience of working with C-Level Executives will be an added advantage
• Prior experience of working with Saleforce.com will be an added advantage
• Four year college degree a plus
• Must be able to provide a proven track record in driving revenues, closing deals and prospecting for new business
• Experience in presenting cost/benefit analysis to prospects
• Experience in presenting in front of groups of 15+ is a must
• Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal) required
• Experience in tracking sales performance using a CRM tool a plus
• Strong attention to details and highly organized
• MUST be a quick learner and be able to get off the ground running very quickly
• MUST be able to work independently and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• MUST be an ADVANCED user of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong customer service skills a MUST
• Good working knowledge of Excel a PLUS
• Must be results oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

PRODUCT SPECIALISTS
Due to the expansion of our company, we are seeking a motivated, hard working, reliable individual who brings a positive attitude to the work place. This enthusiastic and skilled team player must manage clients through an evaluation process, training those clients through the same process and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients. We’re looking for solid performers who can get up to speed quickly. Additional tasks may be added at any time.
Additional Responsibilities:
• You will be working from Zenith’s main office in Pittsburgh, PA; when not traveling to meet with prospects or work at specified events.
• Be able to demonstrate Zenith’s cloud computing and BDR solutions to prospective clients in person, at their office and via the web.
• Obtain deep working knowledge of all products, services, and processes.
• Introduce clients to training materials and resources.
• Ensure clients have attended live weekly trainings or train them directly.
• Assist with specific training related or “how-to” questions.
• Participate as a sales/technical resource at trade shows and conferences.
• Become prospects subject-matter expert on Zenith solutions.
• Be responsible for live group trainings sessions provided to our clients.
• Create a close relationship with prospects during evaluations to ensure they have a smooth experience and move forward.
• Effectively use phone, email, group calls, webcasts, and newsletters.
• Calmly and constructively resolve client misunderstandings.
• Act as intermediary between process-oriented NOC teams and clients.
• Introduce technical aspects and business benefits of new and existing offerings.
• Ability to handle communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Salesforce.com, Zenith’s CRM system to track prospects and evaluations.
• Strive to achieve quarterly targets as specified by the company.
• Take the initiative in progressing through the training programs as specified by the company.
• Continually stay up-to-date on industry trends and market competition.
• Work independently to perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years (or college equivalent) working with Information Technology at a technical level with a solid understanding in network management, maintaining Windows server and desktop environments, etc.
• Minimum 2 years (or college equivalent) working with IT cloud Computing: including virtualization, storage and backup, data center functions, internet based computing, etc.
• Experience working with any of the following companies a plus: Kaseya, Connectwise, LabTech, Chartec, Doyenz, Datto, N-able, Level Platforms, GFI, Do it Smarter, Virtual Administrator, ManageEngine, Nimsoft, Intronis or Acronis.
• 2+ years B2B sales and/or technical support experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and owners.
• Self-starter who is goal oriented.
• Function as a customer advocate and primary sales contact for new accounts.
• Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable sales and account management environment.
• Superior phone, communication, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Past history indicating that you can assimilate new information quickly
• Past history indicating that you can adapt to constant changes in a faced paced environment.
• Experience with a CRM Package such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%.
