to beta test Box Office.

It is proposed that Zentih will provide training in this fashion:
Objective
Training will be done with the following objectives in mind:
- Partners will need to support Box Office as if it were a standalone product
- Reduce setup times
- Reduce help desk calls and customer downtime
- Box Office will be deployed in offices that do not allow a third party to have
access
Content
- Detailed product manuals will be created: These manuals will be reviewed during
the training
- Overview per product feature set
- Technical overview set
- Hands-on
- Workshops with various exercises Including a full installation exercise
- Online forum and knowledge base
- Spare hardware planning
- The ideal structuring of a support organization
- Focus on how Box Office improves operations
