Standby Server
Let's face it, uptime is crucial and directly relates to customer satisfaction. When a server fails you are under the gun to limit customer downtime.
This is why the Standby Server is the most popular feature on the BDR among Zenith Partners. The BDR can virtually host failed servers in less than 30 minutes and keep your client's business running.
The steps to virtualization:
- Client's server crashes.
- Log in to your BDR device.
- Find the last successful server backup.
- From the BDR, launch the Standby Server wizard.
- The wizard brings up your backup as a virtual server running on the BDR.
Backups continue to happen while hosting your server. You don't need to change the IP address or any other settings - it just works.
Virtual Test Environment
Replicate your production environment quickly and easily using our Virtual Sandbox network. Create machines on their own private network isolated from production to test software updates, security patches and configuration changes.
